Our history

Phonetica starts its own business as a division of the Durante Telecommunications Group.

On the 9th of October Marco e Beppe Durante form the company and the first service center nucleus starts off.

The project Ph-R.O.L.Ex. (Phonetica Remote Operator Line Extender) starts off, the device permits you to work the switchboard by remote.

The method and the technology based on the Ph-R.O.L.Ex. device is patented and in December 2000 the first customer is connected.

Phonetica wins the third prize in SMAU at the "Illumina la tua Idea" contest for the innovation of the service of the "Remote Swithcboard".

The outbound area is inagurated and Phonetica specialises in supporting sales networks, opinion polls and credit recovery.

Phonetica integrates the remote switchboard with a business that presides over the reception to manage a service that physically welcomes the visitors.

Phonetica connects its 100th customer with the remote switcboard service and in 2006 reaches 200 customers.

The two divisions, Business Concierge and Accelera come about.

A new patent, technological and methodological, for the switchboard service that use the IP(internet) network, the IP-R.O.L.Ex. Devices are made.

Distribution agreement though Telecom Italia for the remote switchboard and business continuity services.

Phonetica wins third prize, organised by Club CMMC, related to the "Giornata Nazionale della Relazione con il Cliente Cittadino".

Members approve an increase in capital, the transformation in S.p.A. and name two new advisors on the board.

In the month of June Phonetica obtained the certification of the process ISO 9001:2000 for their services in inbound and outbound outsourcing.

Phonetica moves to new, more spacious offices in Paderno Dugnano (more than double the size of the previousnoffices)

Phonetica is one of the finalists for the prize "Marketer dell'anno" of ADICO.

A new sales manager and business unit manager join the staff.

New patent in Italy, Northern Europe and North America for the service of video reception is required

Phonetica registers the patent for the VideoReception technology.
